This program required me to design a music themed resort complete with event spaces as well as recording rooms to allow guests and musicians a place to celebrate their love of music. I wanted to keep my design fairly simplistic to relate to the surrounding architecture. I created two significant outdoor levels to provide guest views of the lake to the South as well. I also wanted the equivalent of 70% of the site square footage to be green space. I also created a grey water reuse system by using some of the green spaces as constructed wetlands to help filter the water.
